I agree. The manual supplied with TataskyPlus HD is in fact a
Useless manual. It has about 24 pages but 10 pages are devoted to T & C which nobody would go through. The new feature like how to set recording of series (daily programs) etc., has not been explained. The person who installed simply showed how to record a live program, but did not tutor properly how to set up recordings of series, i.e., everyday programs which which cannot watch during telecast, but can see only the recorded program, the very purpose of getting TataskyPlus. The display in the older set top box was excellent and very easy to choose channels. The present set top boxes, both TataskyHD and TataskyHD Plus are totally disappointing. I would have thrown out the set top box, opting for some other provider, but for the audio and video quality. It is horrible and very difficult to browse through the list, which is very unscientifically designed. This deterioration in providing better facility has perhaps not gone to the notice of the seniors in the department. I wish the future set top box and remote control come with ease of use for the consumers.
